Your one stop shop for membership in 811

The Member Services department handles the data for each member, as well as updating the mapping utilized by Ticket Entry and Remote Ticket Entry. This database consists of Place, Grids/Gridlets and Polygons. Members are requested to update their member information by using one of our electronic forms or by written request to Lesley Brouillard at Lesley@nc811.org. You can contact the Member Services department Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm at 336-855-5760 and press option 4.

*Locator LOGIX will be replacing WEB TMS.
