North Carolina Underground Damage Prevention Review Board (UDPRB) Releases New Website

Increased Transparency, Web Complaint Filing and More Information Provided

The North Carolina Underground Damage Prevention Review Board (UDPRB) has released a new dedicated website to the public. New features include the ability to file a complaint electronically, information about the Board members, important links to assist those wishing to file or look up status on existing filed complaints, and additional information to help the general public understand the process.

The new website may be accessed at https://udprb.nc.gov/

Louis Panzer, Executive Director at NC 811 and second term UDPRB member, stated “We are excited to finally have a dedicated web presence for the UDPRB. All functions that had previously been provided by NC 811 have been transferred to the new administration. This milestone was made possible as a result of 2019 legislation that allowed for basic funding for the UDPRB by the utility operators and the work of the State and new administrator, Capitol Hill Management.”
