As of October 1, the law is changing. As a result the ticket life will be extended from 15 working days to 28 calendar days. The ticket life will begin on the legal working date. Location will take place within 3 full working days of that work start. Tickets requested within 3 days will not be considered legal until that 3 working days has concluded, giving time per the law for the location to occur.
It is important to note that if your ticket, created in the last 15 working days of September requires an update, you will be required to create a new ticket within the Center Logix system after October 1. This information will be stamped on your ticket in the remarks section.
